The SPCA offers you the ability to become a member and
help out the many animals that rely on contributions from the community.
If you'd like to become a member fill out the membership form and send it
in. For the small amount of $25.00, you can make a difference in the lives
of these Animals.

KENNEL SPONSORSHIP
SPCA Past Board President, Ivonne Lukaszczyk:
"Would you be willing to pay a quarter a day for a warm place to
sleep, a good meal, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're
somewhere safe? Quite a bargain, isn't it? A quarter a day can do so
much, and more, for an animal at the Bakersfield SPCA Pet Adoption Center.
For $125 a year, a homeless, lost, or abused animal can have a clean, dry
kennel"
Of the $125, approximately $75 will go toward food, another $30-40 toward medical care and grooming, and $15-20 toward the maintenance of the run or kennel itself.
"Upon your initial sponsorship, an engraved plaque with your name or the name of your organization or a loved one will be ordered and affixed to the kennel for one year. After the year, you will have the right to renew the sponsorship before it is offered to another party. "A quarter a day. To humans it's small change. To homeless animals, it can change their lives forever. Please help them!"
